这份说明适用于野人工作室的《赛博拼豆》iOS 版，面向 iPhone，支持 iOS 17 及以上系统。游戏免费、无需账号，没有广告和内购。
1. 游戏不收集或上传你的数据
游戏不会把你的照片、底稿、作品、游玩记录或个人资料上传给开发者或第三方服务器。没有广告、统计和追踪工具，也不做跨应用追踪。游戏所需内容随安装包提供，安装后可以离线玩。
2. 照片只在手机里处理
你主动打开系统照片选择器后，游戏只取得你选中的图片，不申请完整图库读取权限，也不使用相机。照片转换成底稿、自动识别主体和去背景，都在这台手机完成；识别模型随游戏安装，不需要另行下载，也不会修改相册中的原照片。
如果照片只存在于系统云端相册，系统可能需要先把它下载到手机。想全程离线使用，请选已经保存在手机上的照片。
3. 作品和进度保存在本机
作品、底稿、画册进度、设置以及用于恢复进度的本机备份保存在应用自己的存储空间里。本机运行记录也留在设备内，不会自动发送给我们。游戏没有开发者提供的账号或云存档，我们无法远程读取或找回你的作品。
删除 App 或清除应用数据可能使本机作品丢失。换手机或卸载前，请先导出作品或画册备份，并另存一份。系统是否备份应用数据取决于你的设备设置，我们不会自动取得这些系统备份。
4. 保存相册，只申请“添加”
你选择把成品或海报保存到相册时，游戏只申请添加照片的权限，不借此读取整本相册。拒绝权限后仍可继续玩，原作品也留在本机；你可以改用系统分享或“文件”保存适用的导出内容。
5. 分享和导出由你决定
只有你主动发起分享、选择接收方并完成操作后，内容才会交给所选应用或服务。导出到“文件”时，保存位置由你选择；如果选了云盘，导出副本可能按该服务的规则同步。游戏不会自动替你发布作品，也不会把导出副本发送给我们。
相册副本、分享内容、云盘和系统备份由你在对应服务中管理。删除游戏里的作品，不会同时删除这些副本。
6. 你主动联系我们时
如果你自愿发邮件求助，我们会收到你的发件地址、邮件正文，以及你主动附上的图片或文件。我们只用这些信息回复和处理问题，不用于广告或出售；只在处理问题及必要留档期间保留。你可以通过下方邮箱提出查阅或删除相关邮件资料的请求。
邮件通过你选择的邮件服务发送，这与游戏自动上传不同。请不要发送密码、身份证件或与问题无关的私人照片；普通问题通常只需要设备型号、系统版本和操作步骤。
7. 适用人群与说明更新
上述做法适用于所有玩家。游戏不要求提供年龄或身份资料。如果功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新说明和日期；如需新增系统权限，会在使用相关功能时由系统提示。
This policy applies to the iOS version of Cyber Bead Studio (赛博拼豆), provided by 野人工作室, for iPhone running iOS 17 or later. The game is free, requires no account, and has no ads or in-app purchases.
1. No data collection or uploads by the game
The game does not upload your photos, patterns, artwork, gameplay records or personal information to the developer or third-party servers. It includes no advertising, analytics or tracking tools and does not track you across apps. Game resources are bundled with the app, so you can play offline after installation.
2. Photos are processed on your device
When you open the system photo picker, the app receives only the image you select. It does not request access to your full photo library or use the camera. Photo conversion, subject recognition and background removal happen on your iPhone. The recognition model is included with the app and needs no separate download. The original photo in your library is not modified.
If a photo is stored only in your system cloud photo library, the system may need to download it first. For fully offline use, choose a photo already available on your device.
3. Local projects and progress
Projects, patterns, album progress, settings and local recovery copies are stored in the app's own storage on your device. Local operational records also stay on the device and are not sent to us automatically. We provide no account or cloud-save service and cannot remotely access or recover your work.
Deleting the app or clearing its data may remove local projects. Export project or album backups and keep a separate copy before deleting the app or changing phones. System backups depend on your device settings; we do not automatically receive them.
4. Add-only access to Photos
When you choose to save finished artwork or a poster to Photos, the app requests permission only to add images. This does not give it access to your full library. You can keep playing if you decline, and the project remains on your device. System sharing or Files can be used for applicable exports.
5. You choose when to share or export
Content is passed to another app or service only when you initiate sharing, choose a destination and complete the action. You also choose where exports are saved in Files. If you select a cloud file provider, that service may sync the exported copy under its own terms. The game does not automatically publish your work or send exported copies to us.
You manage copies in Photos, shared content, cloud storage and system backups through those services. Deleting a project inside the game does not delete those separate copies.
6. When you contact us
If you voluntarily email us for support, we receive your email address, message and any images or files you choose to attach. We use them only to respond to and resolve your request, not for advertising or sale. We keep them only as needed to handle the request and maintain necessary records. You can request access to or deletion of those support records using the email below.
Your chosen email service sends the message; this is separate from automatic data transmission by the game. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or unrelated private photos. Your device model, system version and steps to reproduce the issue are usually sufficient.
7. Players and policy updates
These practices apply to all players. The game does not request your age or identity details. If features or data handling change, we will update this policy and its date. The system will ask for any new permission when a relevant feature needs it.
